Fuel alumni nominated for Ian Charleson Award 2020

The National Theatre and The Sunday Times have announced the finalists for the Ian Charleson Awards which celebrates exceptional classical stage performances by an actor under 30 years of age.

Nominees include Fuel alumni Racheal Ofori, Ronke Adekoluejo, Hammed Animashaun, and Ekow Quartey.

Racheal Ofori nominated for her role as Udo in Three Sisters at the National Theatre

Ronke Adekoluejo nominated for here role as Abosede in Three Sisters at the National Theatre

 Three Sisters was written by Inua Ellams and co-produced by Fuel and National Theatre.

Hammed Animashaun nominated for his role as Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Bridge Theatre

Ekow Quartey nominated for his role as Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Shakespeare’s Globe
