Jerwood Residencies at Cove Park

We struck up a relationship with Cove Park – an incredible artist’s retreat on the West Coast of Scotland – and they invited us to come for a visit.  

Whilst drinking wine and looking out over a beautiful loch, we came up with ideas for the next three years worth of Fuel projects.  

We asked Julian if he would be interested in hosting Fuel artists at Cove Park so they could have the same experience and, with the backing of the Jerwood Charitable Foundation, he said yes.  

So, every May to September from 2009 – 2014, we invited artists to go to Cove Park for a week each to develop new or existing ideas. We also visited with our whole staff team to plan and relax and work out what to do next.
