Project History

You’ve listened to the audio work, watched the films, you’d love to talk with someone but … what’s the digital equivalent of a post-show chat in the bar?

As part of its Autumn 2021 programme, Fuel Digital is opening space online for audiences to talk with each other about the work. Theatre Club is an informal, friendly space where anyone is welcome to share what they thought. Perhaps you’ve been surprised by the Signal Fires recordings, amused by an Everyday Moment, or challenged by the stories in Lock Her UpTheatre Club is the place to discuss it.

To attend, all you need to do is watch or listen to the work available on the Fuel Digital platform in your own time, then turn up for the conversation. You’ll be welcomed to Zoom by a host, writer Maddy Costa, and no one who works for Fuel will be present, so you can be as honest as you like!

The next Theatre Club takes place on Thursday 21 October at 7.45pm, and will be thinking particularly about Everyday Moments, but please also bring thoughts about Signal Fires and Belongingness if you’d like to discuss them too.

The conversation will be captioned by Otter.ai; if you have other accessibility requirements please let us know in advance and we’ll aim to support that.
