Thank you for taking the time to check through our FAQ’s relating to the upcoming performances of Peaceophobia. We hope that you find an answer to your query below, but please get in touch with us if you require further support on [email protected].
Where does the show take place?
Oastler Market Car Park, John Street, Bradford, BD1 3JS
How do I get there?
The car park is a nine-minute walk from Forster Square Train station and an eleven-minute walk from Bradford Interchange. Bus routes 617/618 stop on Westgate, around the corner from John Street.
Can I park if I need to drive?
There will be free parking available on the first floor of the car park should you wish to drive.
Is the car park accessible?
The first floor and performance level (second floor) of the car park is accessible via a ramp.
For audiences with access requirements there will be available parking on the second floor. We need to know of the number plate beforehand (via email to [email protected]) in order to manage this. If planning to travel by public transport and enter the car park at street level, the second floor is accessible by a long ramp with an incline.
Is there seating available during the show?
There will be seating during the show for all audiences on raised platforms around the space, without the need to stand. You will have the same seat throughout the show.
Is the show outside?
The performance space is under cover as it’s on the second floor of the car park and therefore has a ceiling. All other sides of the building are open to the elements, and the site can feel very cold and windy with lower temperatures than on street level. Please be sure to bring warm clothes and a blanket to remain comfortable throughout the show.
What COVID-19 guidelines are in place?
We plan to welcome up to 60 audience members per show, with seating across four seating banks with distance between each bank.
We recommend mask wearing during ticket collection and throughout the performance. Hand sanitiser will be available at regular points across the performance site.
How long is the show?
The show running time is one hour, no interval.
Are there any content warnings for the show?
Are there toilets?
Near the ticket collection area on the first floor is an accessible toilet which is gender neutral.
Is there a BSL interpreted performance?
The performance on Tuesday 14th September, 8:30pm will be interpreted in British Sign Language.
Do I need money at the car park?
At the performance we will be selling merchandise such as hoodies, stickers and books. A card machine will be available to make purchases.
