Fuel is hiring: Development Producer

Fuel is seeking an experienced and collaborative Development Producer to spearhead our artistic development activity and help shape the future of bold, artist-led live performance.

The Development Producer will play a central role in Fuel’s producing team, supporting the research, development and progression of new ideas. The role involves supporting artists and projects through early-stage development, building partnerships, fundraising, planning and delivering activity, and helping shape the long-term future of Fuel’s artistic programme.

We are looking for someone with at least three years’ experience in artistic development, a passion for contemporary theatre and live performance, and strong experience in relationship management, project planning, fundraising and budgeting.

Role details

  • Salary: £32,000–£35,000 FTE, depending on experience
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent (flexible and part-time options considered)
  • Location: Hybrid working, with a Somerset House, London base. Applications are welcome from candidates based anywhere in the UK.
