Join the Fuel team as our Programme Assistant

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and attentive Programme Assistant to join the Fuel team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the producing team in delivering our ambitious programme of live performance, working with brilliant artists, venues and partners across the UK and beyond.
As Programme Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of Fuel’s projects, from coordinating rehearsals and tours to supporting fundraising, evaluation, marketing, contracts and engagement activity. You’ll work closely with producers across a wide range of productions while developing your skills in independent producing.
We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach. Whether you’re supporting artists, liaising with venues or helping bring new projects to life, you’ll be part of a team driven by creativity, curiosity, trust, representation, learning and sustainability.
This is a full-time, fixed-term role for two years, with hybrid working and applications welcome from candidates based anywhere in the UK.
Salary: £25,500–£27,000 per year (FTE)
