Fuel presents Above Me the Wide Blue Sky
By Fevered Sleep
If who we are and what we call home is interwoven with nature, what happens when everything starts to change?
Performed within a stunning multi-screen film installation, with a soundscape of birdsong, electronic music and a score for string quartet, Above Me The Wide Blue Sky draws together stories of love, loss and belonging from an ever-changing world.
Above Me The Wide Blue Sky was a follow-up to Feverd Sleep’s critically acclaimed On Ageing in 2010.
Supported by the National Lottery through Arts Council England; Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and Wellcome Trust. With additional support from Ernest Cook Trust, Newcomen Collett Foundation and The Robertson Trust.
