Fuel founder and director makes The Stage 100 list 2021
Posted on: 7th January 2021
Fuel founder and director, Kate McGrath has made it onto The Stage 100 list 2021.
The Stage 100 list is announced on the first Thursday in January every year and is the definitive guide to the most influential figures working in the UK theatre and performing arts industry today. However, for 2021 the list has been re-imagined to celebrate individuals who have gone above and beyond in helping theatre survive the biggest crisis the industry has ever faced.
Read the list in full here.
This year the list is not ranked by order of power or influence but is instead divided into five areas. These areas represent the ways in which theatre has responded to the Coronavirus pandemic. The five areas are: Putting on Shows, Lobbying and Campaigning, Fundraising, Serving the Community, and Support and Development.
Throughout the pandemic, our founder Kate has supported not only the Fuel team but has worked tirelessly to support artists and freelancers, all while continuing to bring a programme of digital work to our audiences.
Congratulations Kate!
